ABC Real Estate helps people get into homes
LOGAN, Utah-- ABC Real Estate in Logan Utah is using Benificiary Directed Equity- Holding Land Trusts, BDEH Land Trusts, to buy and sell homes. The system has made home owning more afordable for buyers and a 10% to 20% return for investors.
“We want to save people money, help people stay in homes and get homes,” said Preston Parker, president. “The nation is in the worst mortgage and credit crisis since the 1930’s but we are optimistic that we can recover with programs like these land trusts.”
ABC Real Estate is the second company in Utah to adopt this system. Investors get returns on their investments. They usually have a 680 fico or a 20% down payment or both. Each month investors receive a check in the mail. It is passive investing.
ABC Real Estate was founded by Preston Parker in January 2008. The company is located in Logan Utah.

I was impressed with how much you already had written in the short amount of time we were given. I like your quote and I think you have good information. One thing I think you could work on is creating a more "gripping" headline- "buys and sells differently" is a little vague and doesn't really grab my attention. Overall, good work!
Wow! I thought that you hit on everything important that Preston talked about in class. It was well written and easy to follow.
